1963 Volkswagen Beetle Cosworth Subaru STI EJ25 swap
I built this car from the ground up literally everything on the car is new! The engine is a pro-built Cosworth stage III long block (450 hp) 60mm turbonetics turbocharger, 850cc injector dynamics injectors, internal polished intake manifold, water to air inter-cooler with cooling reservoir, Bosch inline fuel pump (-8) with inline bosh flex fuel sensor to run either e-85 or pump gas or race fuel (computer changes the map automatically for fuel change), transmission is a IRS stage III 6 Rib bus trans from rancho gears with a twin disk cluch also from rancho gears.. trans has planetary cut gears, rear suspension is I-morh independent double wishbone suspension with adjustable coil overs , Wilwood disk brakes on all four corners 4 pistons up front and singles in rear, Toyo R888R tires, interior is two adjustable back buckets seats with 5 point Crow harnesses in both seats, 4 point cage with side impact bars. Everything in the build has been replaced with new equipment the car has only been driven to shows and is garage kept, we start the car once a week to allow it to reach operating temp.
