1970 Jaguar XK FHC Coupe 4 Spd Manual 60235 Miles
The body is free of any rust problems and is very straight. The light blue paint is in wonderful condition and is such a nice color on this car. All the chrome and brightwork is also in good condition, and the classic Jaguar wire wheels have been fitted with two-ear spinners.The original 4.2L block was removed and rebuilt. A big change was the intake conversion from two Zenith-Stromberg carburetors to the higher performance triple-SU setup. It has been properly tuned and really hums! The 4-speed transmission shifts properly and does not grind or pop out of gear. The rear end is also in good shape without any funny noises. Combining all this with 4-wheel disc brakes, fully independent suspension, and crisp manual steering gives a delightful driving experience unlike so many other cars from this era.The black leather interior has a stock appearance with the exception of the radio.
